I stopped by on a whim and was seriously impressed. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. I had the [insert dish – e.g., "chicken shawarma wrap"] and it was one of the best I’ve had in the area. The staff was friendly, and service was quick. Prices are super reasonable for the portion sizes. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or picking up dinner, Shelby Food is worth it. Highly recommended!

I’m a regular here. I always get the Boutine with chicken shawarma, extra feta and I substitute the garlic sauce with extra Boutine sauce instead. That’s the way to go in my opinion! I’ve tried other things too, but this is my fav.

Got take out and even though they were very busy the legendary chicken bowls we got were great. They were kind enough to put some hot sauce on the side which was much appreciated. Their spicy garlic sauce was great.

Came across this spot by accident , saw lots of people going in & out so gave it a try .. I don’t regret ; the staff is polite and the shawarma taste isn’t overwhelming like most places .Limited seating but soooo worth it .RUn don’t walk , thank me later .

Came across this location while driving on Bloor Street West looking for lunch options, did not disappoint. It was clean, well kept with friendly and attentive staff. Ordered a legendary Chicken bowl for takeout. Well prepared, delicious and flavourful.

For me personally, I thought the place lived up to the reputation as well as great marketing done on YouTube videos. Which is where I first saw them. I love the art and energy in the place. For what many may consider "fast food" the quality was just as good as going to dine in at a restaurant of the same style food. I want one in Buffalo now and I think it would do very well out here. It was 100% worth stopping at when I visited Toronto and did not let me down on taste and quality. I saved some for the next day as we don't have one where I live. I thought it was just good marketing and the food would be OK, but everything was great. Well done.

My son is following their TikTok page and for him it was a must place to eat out during our visit to Toronto from Chicago. Their shawarma is so juicy and delicious and their signature mango peach juice is the best !
